The Sleep Revolution Isn’t About Data

The Sleep Revolution Isn’t About Data It’s About Boundaries Why trackers, supplements, and smart beds aren’t solving the real sleep crisis— and what actually works.
From sleep trackers to melatonin gummies to sleep-optimising mattresses, the wellness world is full of products claiming to help us rest. But there’s one thing few of them address: the phone that’s still next to your bed.
The average adult checks their phone within 5 minutes of waking and again just before bed (Deloitte Digital Consumer Trends, 2022). Blue light isn’t the only problem it’s the dopamine loops, emotional stimulation, and mental clutter that phones bring with them.
A study published in BMJ Open found that screen use before bed increases the likelihood of sleep problems by over 140%. And yet, most solutions simply ask us to do more: track more, buy more, take more.
Zebble takes a different approach. It’s not about adding another metric or intervention. It’s about creating a clear boundary between you and your phone, so your body and brain can rest. No screens. No noise. No guilt.
This isn’t biohacking. It’s just getting back to what we’re wired for real rest, without interference.
