Welcome to Zebble, a wellness platform and device designed to help you disconnect from your phone with peace of mind. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zebble device, mobile application, website (www.zebble.com), and all associated content and services (collectively, “Zebble” or “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully.

By purchasing, accessing, or using Zebble, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zebble.

1. About Zebble

Zebble consists of:
- A physical device (“Zebble Pebble”) that allows users to disconnect from their phone while remaining reachable by selected contacts in case of emergency;

- A physical device (“Pebble Pad”) that allows you to charge your phone and go into Zebble Mode.
- An app offering setup, controls, and a curated content platform (“Zebble+”) for guided audio, sleep content, and wellbeing tools.

2. Eligibility

Zebble is suitable for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Zebble device or app.

By using Zebble, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have obtained the necessary consent.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of Zebble

You agree to use Zebble only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Attempt to access systems without authorisation
- Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or device firmware
- Use Zebble to harm, harass, or exploit others

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use violates our Terms or harms others.

5. Safety and Emergency Use

Zebble is designed to support wellbeing and provide emergency contact reachability. However:
- Zebble is not a medical or emergency response device
- It is not guaranteed to function as a substitute for emergency services
- You should not rely solely on Zebble in life-critical situations

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from delays or failures in communication through the device.

6. Zebble+ Content

Zebble+ offers audio content including sleep stories, guided meditations, expert insights, and more.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Content is for general wellbeing purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice
- We may update, change, or remove content at any time
- Content remains the intellectual property of Zebble or its licensors

You must not copy, download, or distribute any content without permission.

7. Subscription & Payments

Access to Zebble+ may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable fees
- Allow auto-renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
- Follow the cancellation terms outlined in your account settings or via app store terms if applicable

Zebble reserves the right to change pricing with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and hardware design are owned by or licensed to Zebble.
You may not use or reproduce any part of Zebble’s intellectual property without written permission.

9. Returns & Warranty

We offer a [30-day return window] for physical products if unused and in original packaging (unless otherwise stated).
Zebble comes with a [12-month limited warranty] covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification.
